I was introduced to the work of Fred Butler by the lovely Lucy Butler this weekend (coincidental same surname!). Fred Butler is a prop-styling, accessory-making, event-directing and general all-around maker-extraordinaire. Check out her website and see for yourself.
Also Danny Sangra introduced me to the work of Nagi Noda yesterday, or so I thought. After checking out her website properly I realised I was already familiar with her stuff. She is the creative genius behind the fairy tale hair pieces in Tactile, a visual feast of a book by the super-stylish publishers Die Gestalten Verlag.
As well as her work on her website, her music videos can be watched on You Tube. Sentimental Journey is actually made using lots of girls, all styled to look the same and staying still in their given position. It is unbelievable, I thought it was all post-production and even partly painted maybe...Another multi-talented creative who can lend her hand to most creative disciplines, producing consistently witty, fun and unique work.
